Private yoga is very individualized. In my sessions, I utilize the holistic system of Chinese Medicine and Meridian Yoga. Technique include yoga postures, breathing, acupressure, cupping, guasha and/or moxa. Becoming increasingly more aware of patterns of pain/tension, emotions and thoughts/beliefs can have a profound effect on our way of being in the world and with ourselves.
